A clinical case of habitual abortion

Abstract

|
Purpose :The purpose of this study is to report clinical management of habitual abortion by oriental medicine.
Methods :A 33-year-old woman had experienced three recurrent abortion hoped to have a baby. So, she was treated with herbal medine, acuputure and moxibution therapy for two months in our hospital. Then, she was pregnant. But she was extremely afraid of abortion. So, we gave her relief. And, we treated her with herbal medine for seven months after pregnancy.
Results : The patient was taken oriental medicine treatment for nine months. She became pregnant during the treatment. Finally she gave birth to daughter.
Conclusion :The clinical method of habitual abortion has two step. The first step is done while the patient isn¡¯t expecting. Nourishing the patient(mother) can prevent abortion. Especially, it¡¯s a help to them that kidney deficiency¡¯s supplement(ÜÍãì) and penetration channel?concetion vessel¡®s nutrition(õúìòØæÀÇ í²å×). After pregnancy, the second step is to maintain of pregnancy(ÜÁ÷Ã) by resting fetal restlessness(÷ÃѨÜôäÌ). The important aspect is that the clinicine gets rid of fear about abortion by giving a relief to the patient.
